The return to the Elven forest was delightful, though I’m puzzled why it didn’t captivate me as much the first time around. Maybe it’s because candy just doesn’t cut it without a proper dose of alcohol, who knows? The defense of those tiny, sweet creatures against the invaders really drove home how dangerous the world can be.
