Definitely an improvement over the last episode, though it still wasn't mind-blowing. The events made more sense, even if the power struggle in the OPA is as exciting as watching European Parliament debates. The political maneuvers on Earth were much more entertaining, and I'm curious to see how things will unfold on Ganymede.
