Alba Esquinas

Graduated in Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts at the TAI School of Arts, she has also a master’s degree in Film and Television Screenwriting at the Carlos III University of Madrid. Sad Bean Song, co-directed with Oksana Savchuk, was her first short film. In 2022 she made her solo debut with the short film Smells. She has been selected in the COOFILM residency program for women filmmakers, for the script of her first fiction feature film, Bai, Bai.
