Biografie
Israeli director, screenwriter, editor and novelist. Born in 1975. He studied history and philosophy in Tel Aviv, then film at the Sam Spiegel Film & Television School in Jerusalem. He made several shorts which were selected for numerous festivals. His graduation film "Emile's Girlfriend" was made in 2006. His first novel, "Continues to Dance", was published in 2001. He has also worked as a sports journalist and film critic. His first feature film "Policeman" (WFF 2011) won more than 15 awards at festivals all over the world. His second feature film "The Kindergarten Teacher" (WFF 2014) premiered at the Cannes festival in 2014. "From the Diary of a Wedding Photographer", his latest medium-length film, premiered at the Cannes festival in 2016.
