Biografie
Susan Froemke is a nonfiction filmmaker and four-time Emmy Award winner with more than 30 films to her credit, including HBO's Academy Award–nominated LaLee's Kin (2001), Grey Gardens (1976), and Wagner's Dream (2012), which had a U.S. theatrical run before airing on PBS. Froemke recently co-directed Escape Fire: The Fight to Rescue American Healthcare (2012) with Matthew Heineman.
