Samenvattingen(1)
Four young primary school teachers live together in a country cottage of a remote village and in a constant monotony somewhat varied with quarrelling with one another. They spend their lives around the school and the yard. One night, a cheerful company of hunters pops in their home. Lenke and the leader of the party, Erős Géza, fall in love with each other. A conference for teachers in Budapest seems to be a good opportunity for Lenke to meet the man again. While she is waiting for him in his office, it turns out that he is a married man. He invites her to date in somebody's flat and then he confesses that he was going to forget the girl, but now he feels that he must marry her. Later at night, Lenke sneaks out of the flat and leaves for home straight away. Only the schoolchildren back at home can make her forget her bitter disappointment. (officiële tekst van distribiteur)
