Last Choice is a hybrid documentary exploring the phenomenon of Hikikomori, or social withdrawal, in Japan. Based on real events that took place during the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, the film tells the story of an ultimate dilemma which embodies the fear and struggle of society.
