Residents of an old Tbilisi neighborhood live like one big family, helping each other out to alleviate their poverty. Everything changes when a developer offers a large amount of money to buy up their dilapidated houses. Several jobless members of the community are happy to accept the offer, but their neighbour, Gia, resists. (Montreal World Film Festival)
