Echoes

Although they are separated by time and space, three stories of love and loss set in three wars – the American Civil War and the two World Wars – are forever connected. Inspired by letters and personal diaries, the musical shows the effects of war on the home front, conveying the loneliness and fear felt by combatants’ families as they cling to tenuous shreds of hope.
