A very intense experience. The docudrama follows the part of Mercury's life that defined his untimely death. The intimate story works thanks to the very well-chosen John Blunt, whose presence makes the testimonies of all the survivors more real. Along with Gia Carangi, Freddie Mercury was one of the most prominent victims of AIDS and should never be forgotten. Whether you root for their lives/work or not.
