Een hilarische komedie die zich afspeelt in het begin der tijden. Holbewoner Dug en zijn stamgenoten rocken de steentijd, maar dan wordt hun vallei aangevallen door de machtige Lord Nooth en zijn stam uit de bronstijd. Samen met zijn vriend Zwijnkop bedenkt Dug een plan om zijn thuis te redden. Een prehistorisch potje voetbal tussen de twee stammen zal bepalen wie de vallei zal veroveren.
