Ženy vojny

War has a man face covered with woman tears... Men fight using weapon, women fight with prayers and deeds. There is a woman warrior in each of us – in a mother who sends her son to the battlefield, in a wife, who says goodbye to her beloved, in a daughter, who lets her father go, in a nurse, who saves lives of other people's beloved, in women soldier who fight. Pain lives inside each of us... We steep the war in our tears. It has become an integral part of our existing. Each victim, each wounded, each prisoner is our ordeal. The path to peace lies through our prayers ... We are starting with a blank slate. We are on our way to the Promised Lands – to the renewed Ukraine. (Odessa International Film Festival)
