​Diagnosed with severe cerebral palsy at birth, Mateusz (Dawid Ogrodnik) has also been misdiagnosed as having an intellectual disability due to his inability to communicate effectively with his doctors and parents. Thankfully, his mother and father (Dorota Kolak and Arkadiusz Jakubik) are loving and caring towards their son and try their best to support him as much as they can. However, when a tragedy hits home which results in Mateusz being placed in a care home, his situation worsens as he struggles to find ways to communicate his intelligence and ability to understand.
