After eagerly anticipating the new season, it left me sorely disappointed. The cringeworthy cover of Nina Simone's iconic song set the tone, and it only went downhill from there. Essentially, it felt like a two-hour promotion for the LGBT community, complete with a swingers party. The dull plots of the birthday and Christmas celebrations were made worse by equally uninspiring music (I lost count of how many times they covered "Hallelujah"). If it wasn't for a couple of decent action sequences involving all the main characters, I wouldn't even give it that one star.
