Croatian filmmakers have shown that they are capable of making a visually interesting film. The accentuation of black and suppression of other colors is good, but it's what catches your eye at first glance and ultimately probably the only thing. Vektor isn't outright a bad film, it just simply doesn't bring anything that would grab you, anything that would convince you that it's not just about the form but also about something else.
