The Impatient Years

Arthur is superb in her role as a young housewife who, when faced with the return of her soldier-husband, is unsure whether she loves him. After an 18-month separation they file for a divorce. At the suggestion of Arthur's father, Coburn, the judge has the couple retrace their original meeting and honeymoon. Their happy reconciliation is topped off by the arrival of a newborn.
