"Under Moscow" is one of those movies that it is better to forget right after you watch them. Or even better - don't watch it at all, because this is not something that should give you anything. It's not interesting, it's not entertaining, it's not exciting, and it's definitely not scary. Gallo and Kilmer are here more like reminders of famous names, but that's really all.
