Julia, a famous physician, discovers that her sister has been murdered by Frank Coumo, a notorious gangster. The police believe that her death was an accident despite Julia's protests. Now Julia must contact the only witness to the murder - a young imprisoned woman. Julia infiltrates the prison disguised as an inmate in an attempt to find the witness, but instead she becomes the victim of a sadistic warden's sexual brutality and the vicious jailers that do her bidding.
