Honestly, I didn't know until now that Vin Diesel also directed something. What's even more interesting is the fact that he can act and he would be quite suitable for similar "street" films, although he doesn't always play something similar. And if he does, he drives very fast in a car. It's not a movie that will stun you with its plot, but the acting performance is excellent.
