Shadows on the Rails is a documentary film about surviving traumatic fatal accidents that have taken place on railways. The film follows four locomotive drivers, Kake, Markku, Ismo and Kari, who are gathering in a summer cottage to discuss their experiences and ways of surviving the trauma of someone committing suicide on the railways.
