Janice Mitchell (Judith Light) is attempting to put a recent affair with the handsome plastic surgeon Guy (Jack Wagner) in her past as she and her husband take an island vacation. The obsessive Guy refuses to let go and stalks Janice, resulting in a brutal attack and rape.
