In Chiyoda, Tokyo, chef and owner Masamoto Ueda has been running the small ramen shop Bizentei for four decades. Even in old age Masamoto is constantly experimenting with new ideas and flavours, and when he goes to the countryside to pick ingredients for seasonal specials, he brings his regular customers along. Come Back Anytime centers on Masamoto and the community of people who frequent his restaurant.
