Davide Maldi (Rome, 1983) is a director of films and documentaries and collaborates with experimental theater companies. Frastuono (2014), his first feature, was presented in the international competition at the 32nd Torino Film Festival. In 2017 he founded L’Altauro, a cultural association with the aim of developing and producing cinematographic works and artistic projects. He produced and created the photograph of The Way to the Mountains, by Micol Roubini (in competition at 41st Cinéma du réel).
