Elnura Osmonalieva

Elnura Osmonalieva is a film director from Kyrgyzstan and an MFA candidate in filmmaking at New York University. She is a mother of four and enjoyed making Seide right after having her youngest child. Osmonalieva is an advocate for art and education. Previously she has made short films and feature-length documentaries, all dedicated to social and political issues in Kyrgyzstan. Her films are a mix of atmospheric and conceptual storytelling.
