Carlo Obispo is a Philippine screenwriter, director and producer. He graduated in philosophy and communication studies from Saint Louis University. He's also participated in video production course at the Filipino Film Institute. He's worked as a lyricist for productions in the entertainment industry. He made the short films Esbat (2008) and 123 (2011), which was successfully screened at a number of festivals. He made his feature debut with the dramatic comedy Zone 7 (Purok 7, 2013).
