Daughter of the Sun

Considering that I usually enjoy Herschell Gordon Lewis's work, this really disappointed me because it's a film without any point. To be more precise, there is some sort of point here, but the overall presentation is so silly that the meaning gets lost. Naturism is presented here as something the creators didn't understand, and without truly grasping what it's about, or perhaps they were afraid to show the real meaning behind this philosophy. Ultimately, it just wallows in how beautiful the world is and how a person comes to understanding. (19.08.2015)
