The Material Boy

An Italo-American teenager girl with a Catholic family background in Michigan gives birth to a boy in a hospital run by nuns. They give him a false identity and take him to Argentina, where he discovers, at 18, that his biological mother is Madonna Ciccone, an iconic global pop-culture megastar. He then starts a life-long trek to be recognized by his mother, expressing himself through music, lyrics, performances & images. (Guadalajara International Film Festival)
