Mid-City Blue

A hopeful police academy graduate races to get to his badge-pinning ceremony in his civilian clothes, but after he and his rebellious teen-aged passenger are delayed by on-duty officers during a routine traffic stop, he gains a newfound perspective on his career of choice.
