De beruchte schurken Poison Ivy en Jason Woodrue (beter bekend als The Floronic Man) hebben een ecologische missie om de planeet te redden. Om dit te bereiken zal de mensheid uitgeroeid moeten worden. Hierdoor worden Batman en Nightwing gedwongen om samen te werken met het vriendinnetje van The Joker en tevens hartsvriendin van Poison Ivy: Harley Quinn. Who would have thought that from a comic book animated film, I would be most thrilled by the musical number? But the bar scene is just good, and both songs, especially the first one, are quite catchy. Moreover, it's tuned into humor, which was to be expected with the character of Harley Quinn. For the first time in a long time, I watched a comic cartoon that I enjoyed.
