The Man in the Shadows is a horror film that can easily be forgotten. As much as one would like to say that the villain is iconic, he really isn't, and he's more of a smudge that isn't very good in terms of the special effects, nor particularly well executed. If you watch The Man in the Shadows on your own you'll probably forget about it very quickly. Which is not surprising at all.
