As an enormous fan of this unforgettable game series on the Xbox, I couldn't miss this little film. Since I read the book "The Fall of Reach," I was curious about its film adaptation. The story from the book was quite drastically trimmed, but the most important moments were retained, so that's a thumbs up. The animation was done very simply, which I really appreciated. I got to see some decent battles in the film, twice, and it was worth it. There were moments that made me laugh as well. It's truly interesting to watch how little six-year-old John became a soldier who exudes immense charisma and earns great respect from his enemies. This is by no means a flawless film, but since Master Chief still hasn't had a proper film, this is the best we have for now. Let's hope we get another film about the hero in Mjolnir armor soon. I give it 90%.
