Hodinový manžel

Movie debut from Theater Writer-Director Tomáš Svoboda, tells the story of four friends; passionate water polo players, who together operate a public swimming pool. The swimming pool is closed by local health department. This leaves the foursome literally at the bottom, and one of the polo players is even forced to live at the bottom of the empty pool, after he storms out from his home while having a fight with his wife. The lack of opportunities forces them to start a business as "Husbands for rent" and soon they find their clientele among the local ladies. Each gentleman has their regular customers, apart from household repairs these ladies often have very specific wishes and needs. This eventually starts causing problems in their personal relationships. The story culminates with an unexpected journey to Tatra Mountain Resort where everything comes to a head, but in the end everything is worked out; however, with many surprises along the way.
