It's just a pseudofilm that was used in the movie "Total Detox" by Roman Vojkůvka, so it is also necessary to take it as such. As an idea for an interesting iconic slasher character, it's not bad at all, but it's only a sample, essentially a teaser. If there was a full-length film, then it would be something.
