"The Dead One" is not a good film, but rather a piece that relies on the fact that it will be sufficient to have one slow-walking corpse appear. Fortunately, the film is not very long, so you can also stomach the dialogues, which are sometimes truly dismal, just like the camera, which in some cases captures scenes in such a way that the overall composition is poor. For example, the police officers emerge from nowhere in the end. So overall, it's not very horror-like, but if you want, you can find some good moments. However, the film should do this for you itself.
