Mark of the Whip is a bad movie, and even within the realm of trash or something very special, it doesn't seem exceptional to me. It's weak and the pornographic scenes don't really save it. You're simply watching one girl getting whipped, it's lukewarm, lacking energy, and the acting is so bad that even Ed Wood, who didn't have such high standards for actors, might not have let this slide.
