Een groepje voormalige studievrienden wil een weekendje doorbrengen in een huurvilla aan de Kaspische Zee. Sepideh, die alles heeft georganiseerd, heeft ook Elly uitgenodigd, de schooljuf van haar dochter, in de hoop dat die zal vallen voor de charmes van hun pas gescheiden vriend Ahmad. I have nothing to fault about this two hour movie, but I have this niggling feeling that something is missing. Specifically (at least) an hour of story. Because when it begins to get a little intriguing, the movie is over. In some movies this approach works (and you don’t have to go far for an example), but certainly not here.

It's not a gripping American-style film, where Americans would probably turn it into a pumped-up thriller, but it's a film that is guided on a quite human level. Nonetheless, there's tension in expecting how people will behave and what the truth is. Iran proves once again that it has very capable filmmakers.
