De rat Roddy woont in een veilige kooi in de dure wijk van Londen, tot op de dag dat hij door een inbreker door het toilet wordt gespoeld. Hij komt via het riool terecht in een ondergrondse wereld en wil zo snel mogelijk terug naar huis. Hij krijgt hierbij hulp van Rita, die hij heeft beloofd ruim te belonen als zij hem weer thuis weet te krijgen. Dit lijkt echter makkelijker gezegd dan gedaan als blijkt dat de kwaadaardige Toad achter het tweetal aan zit. (United International Pictures)
