Als Joey Cheng plotseling door haar vriendje in de steek wordt gelaten, probeert ze zelfmoord te plegen in een smerig motel. Gelukkig overleeft ze de zelfmoordpoging en wordt ze opgenomen in het ziekenhuis. "Eye 2" maintains the good quality of the first film, it goes its own way and has its own flaws, just like the first film. First and foremost, the fact that these films are quite clichéd and it's fairly clear how they will unfold. However, there are also great scenes that will literally engulf you, and you will enjoy their horror. So, above average, but this horror is not completely exceptional again.
