For Carrot Head, childhood is the worst hell that you can imagine – bullying by his domineering mother, abuse from his siblings, and indifference from his father. Being a child out of wedlock is the main reason for the hostile relationship between his parents, who live together just for show. But our protagonist's misery can no longer be borne.
