The overall idea still appeals to me even after years, and it's nice that it's possible to create something like this, something functional, to shoot a film with an actor without him knowing he's the main character. But I think it was possible to squeeze more out of this than just a dual role for Eddie Murphy, who in the second role essentially just goofs off for the camera. It had more potential.
