While investigating mysterious bus crashes, Muramatsu and Ide encounter a strange happening. All passengers are safe and sound even though the buses were destroyed. At the hospital, a member of the Cosmic Rays Research Institute warns authorities about an alien who is capable of changing its face as it materializes from place to place.
